  • 250g de fraises​
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre ​ ​
  • 1 rouleau de pâte brisée​ ​
  • 250g de mascarpone ​
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé ​​

INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION

Etape 1
Dérouler la pâte sur une plaque de cuisson, faire des trous a la fourchette et faire cuire selon les indications mentionnées sur le paquet.​​

Etape 2
Pendant ce temps, laver rapidement les fraises sous l’eau froide puis les équeuter en conservant une base plate. Les garder entières.

Etape 3
Sortir la pâte du four et la laisser refroidir.

Etape 4
Battre le mascarpone avec le sucre et le sucre vanillé, jusqu’à l’obtention d’une mousse. La repartir sur le fond de tarte.

Etape 5
Disposer les fraises en rosace.​
