GÂTEAUX AUX POMMES , CITRON ET AMANDES

- 200g de beurre
- 200g de sucre
- 200g de farine
- 4 œufs entiers
- 4 Pommes
- 80g d’amandes effilées
- 1 Citron
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
INGRÉDIENTS
PRÉPARATION
Etape 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C (thermostat 6).
Etape 2
Mélangez les oeufs entiers avec les sucres jusqu’à ce que la pâte blanchisse. Ajoutez le farine (tamisée c’est mieux). Ajoutez le beurre, fondu. La pâte doit être lisse, mais pas trop liquide, sinon ajoutez un peu de farine.
Etape 3
Pelez les pommes, et coupez-les en dés dans un saladier. Saupoudrez-les d’un peu de farine.Etape 4
Coupez le citron en deux et épluchez-le. Pressez une moitié sur les pommes, Emincez le zeste de cette moitié en tous petits morceaux et ajoutez cela à la pâte, Versez les pommes dans la pâte et mélangez délicatement. Versez le tout dans un plat rond, beurré préalablement.
Etape 5
Faites cuire environ 1 heure, Sortez le gâteau du four. Retournez-le sur un plat. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’attendre que le gâteau refroidisse et Prenez une poêle, mettez-y un peu de matière grasse. Faites griller les amandes. Eparpillez celles-ci sur le gâteau retourné.
